Jessica Hsu

Jessica Hsu received her BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, MEng in Electrical Engineering, and MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.  Jessica has 7 years of technology research and project management experience. Prior to starting CTI, Jessica was principal engineer and R&D manager at BAE Systems, with a diverse background in research, integration and testing, modeling and simulation, protocol design and development, and systems engineering.

Jessica has been responsible for leading a cohesive research team of 10 engineers.  The group embodied a start-up culture, where Jessica managed the budget and schedule, and also led the design of tactical networking architecture from inception to integration and delivery. She is also the co-founder of Biogreen Energies LLC. Jessica has a decade of tutoring and mentoring experience with various age and education level of students, including teaching at Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talent Youth.

Jennifer Hsu

Jennifer Hsu graduated from Emory University where she double majored in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, and Business with a concentration in Organization and Management. She has had three years of experience in the IT industry, and two years in management consulting. Jennifer has extensive experience in business development and proposals. At Accenture, she led the analysis on pricing and technical proposals for an outsourced Human Resources project with over 300 employees. Since the founding of CTI, she has worked as an independent IT consultant to a smaller Virginia-based IT firm. There, she has headed requirements efforts for multiple projects including a contract for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), acted as the lead UI designer for a U.S. Department of Agriculture project, conducted User Acceptance Testing, performed internal margin analysis, and built forecasting models to support operations teams to meet service level agreements.

Jennifer is an active member of the community, serving various non-profits such as the International Leadership Foundation. While at Emory, she helped start an organization on campus (SCEEN) that matched non-profits, NGOs, and businesses focused on global development with volunteer students. She initiated three projects benefiting Senegal, Uganda, and the rural healthcare system in various emerging nations.
